1. Orders   Grating quantity, price, supply cycles, and other are confirmed by phone, fax and E-mail.

2. Price   Mainland of China: Ex-factory prices by RMB (Bargainor pay freight.).Overseas: Ex-factory prices by USD (two months available, Bargainor pay freight in China.).

3. Transport    Deliver to customer by express.

4. Spectral Modules and Spectrographs   Spectral module of design and production need negotiating by both A and B sides.

5. Payment    Accept checks, bank transfer or cash.

6. Promises to Quality   Grating's performance test is valid for most gratings. If customer encountered the quality problem except factitious reason, we will replace and return free.
